Supplemental (non-vacancy) Recruitment Activities:

• WZBG participated in the Connecticut Broadcasting Association’s annual Scholarship award program. WZBG runs a schedule of promotional announcements beginning in December 2022 through March 2023 encouraging students to apply. General Manager Jennifer Parsons also participates on the Scholarship Committee, reviewing applications and helping to choose winners.
• WZBG was a sponsor of the Northwest CT Chamber of Commerce Job Fair held on March 23, 2023. 
• On going Internship Program provides training and opportunities designed to educate students in the field of broadcasting. WZBG’s website offers information on applying for this program. During applicable period: 0 applications received.   ·
