Empty Bowls Dinner

Empty Bowls, a nationwide event to raise awareness for hunger, is on Thursday, April 3rd from 5:00 PM- 7:30 PM at the St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 837 Charles Street, Torrington. All proceeds benefit the Community Kitchen of Torrington, Inc. Soups are donated by local restaurants and caterers, and the bowls are made by local ceramics clubs by potters and the schools.  This is the 15th year for this fundraiser. Cost: $20 includes the meal and a ceramic bowl to take home, $10 includes the meal only.
