  • How do I get my event announced on the air?

    If you have a public service announcement, please get it to us, in writing, at least 2 weeks in advance. For questions or to see if your announcement is eligible for WZBG's In Touch, please e-mail info@wzbg.com.

  • How do I put my child's birthday on the air?

    Birthdays & Anniversaries are announced weekday mornings at 6:50 & 7:50. Please get your announcement to us, in writing, at least 1 business day prior. Be sure to include the date of the birthday, recipient's name, address and phone number in order to be considered for the birthday bouquet. We cannot correctly announce the birthday if the information is not complete and legible. Email info@wzbg.com or fax 567-3292 at least one day in advance.

  • Can you look up a number for me from Swap Shop?

    We do not save the list from The Swap Shop. However, The Swap Shop staff stays from 9-9:30 on Sunday mornings to answer any questions you may have, give them a call then at 860-567-3697.

  • Do you announce lost pets?

    Yes we do, please contact us during business hours, 860-567-3697.

  • Is school cancelled?

    Please listen to WZBG as information changes frequently!

  • I'd like to come in for an interview, can I set that up?

    WZBG offers interviews to qualifying community groups and organizations. To see if your event qualifies, send your request, including all pertinent information, to Jennifer at info@wzbg.com.  

  • How do I find out more about interning at ZBG?

  • Where are you located?

    We are in the Litchfield Commons, Route 202 in Litchfield. Our address is 49 Commons Drive. 



  • I won a prize, can someone else pick it up for me?

    You must give us permission to let someone else pick up your prize for you. Please call us at 860-567-3697 so we can note that person's name on your prize.

  • Can you tell me if you'll be giving tickets away to an upcoming event?

  • Are you streaming?

  • I won the flowers, how do I get them?

    Lily and Vine Floral Designs in Torrington contacts all of our winners and goes over the details. If you would like to give them a call, you can reach them at 860-489-0400.

  • What number do I call to try to win the contest?

  • Can I request a song?

  • Can you give away tickets to my event?

  • What are your hours?

    We are open weekdays 830am to 4pm. Closed weekends and certain holidays.
